Personal training with a difference

My name is Chris Neilson and I am an occupational therapist and personal trainer who specialises in accessible and inclusive functional exercise programmes. These are devised to meet the needs and abilities of individual participants in order to maintain independence and activities of daily living (ADL).

Certified occupational therapist

Occupational therapist with personal training qualifications, based in Birkhill, Dundee. Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT). Accredited with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
